Episode 15: You Go For That Velociraptor Dick

Bad news, guys- this is the last time you'll get to hear Bell complain about sewing the Alice costume. I know, I know, you must feel just bereft. The good news is that there are far fewer gross noises on this episode than there have been in recent episodes! She can be taught.

Eventually Amelia and Bell get around to talking about this week's topic- National Novel Writing Month. What is it? Why do we like it? Why do we do it? Should YOU do it? YES YOU SHOULD.

Sadly, they don't stay on task long and conversation strays to ice cream, ovarian cysts, geeky tee shirt etiquette, and Bell's few appearances on The Gentlemen Radio.

Bell likes Zoe's Tale by John Scalzi

Amelia likes Masters of Sex.

Episode 14: Magical Mystery Episode

In this episode, everything is a surprise because Bell lost the show notes and doesn't have time to listen to the episode to take the notes again.

She also has a really shitty memory and doesn't remember what was talked about.

She is very sorry and hopes you enjoy this very mysterious episode of Can't Talk.

Episode 13: ARRPEEGEEE

Today Amelia and Bell talk about role playing games- not the sexy kind, we're saving that for a different show- and why we like them.

Amelia, much to her surprise, recommends Scandal.

Also mentioned:

Out of the dark that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud
Under the bludgeoning of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Lies but the horror of the shade
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
